1. Service description
Creative First is an AI-powered analytics tool for Meta advertising accounts. We provide creative scoring, fatigue detection, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations.
We access your Meta ad data in read-only mode. We never create, modify, pause, or delete your ads or campaigns.
2. Account & access
- You must have a valid Meta ad account to use Creative First.
- You authorize us to access your ad data via Meta OAuth.
- You can revoke access at any time from your Meta Business Settings.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Meta account.
3. AI analysis
- Creative scores, recommendations, and insights are generated by AI and should be treated as suggestions, not guarantees.
- AI analysis is based on the data available at the time of analysis. Results may vary as more data becomes available.
- We provide confidence levels on recommendations. Low-confidence suggestions should be treated as directional only.
- We are not responsible for business decisions made based on our recommendations.
4. Shared reports
- Shared report links are accessible by anyone with the URL.
- You are responsible for who you share report links with.
- Shared reports expire after 30 days.
- We are not responsible for data exposed via share links you create.
5. Pricing
Creative First is currently free during the beta period. We may introduce paid plans in the future with advance notice. Your existing data and analyses will not be deleted if pricing changes.
6. Limitations
- The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI analysis, or data availability.
- We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service.
- We may modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Abuse API rate limits or attempt to overload the service
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service
